Awale Robleh is currently studying international security at Carleton University. His plan is to continue his studies and develop a greater understanding of violent extremism, its causes, impact, and methods to address such impact. In addition to his academic focus, he is the project lead for a countering violent extremism project at the John Howard Society of Ottawa, which is a civil society organization with extensive experience in crime prevention.
