David O’Brien

David O’Brien is the Director of Mental Health Services at Yorktown Family Services and he is overseeing the ETA development and implementation across the City of Toronto.

ETA is “A Mobile, Integrated Care & Rapid Access Behavioral Health & Social Engagement Model Supporting Youth & Adults Toward a healthy future”. Operated through Yorktown Family Services, ETA will have a variety of evidenced based and evidence informed interventions including mental health therapy, social prescription services, and public awareness/capacity building initiatives intended to divert youth and young adults away from violent ideologies or ideology involvement that impacts an individual’s daily functioning.
